My Brother , Stephen Hoath was convicted last September, by a Danish Court
for the premeditated murder of a convicted Paedophile who had sexually
abused his 9 year old daughter.Stephen was sentenced to 14 years
imprisonment, he is due to appeal the sentence in the Supreme Court on 29th
March 2004.
I have attached a letter I have written to the Danish Justice Minister &
various Prosecution & Police Departments, voicing my extreme concern over
the unfairness and irregularities of the trial and the exceptionally long
prison sentence.
As Stephen has never been given the right to speak to the press himself, and
put his side of the story, I have sent copies of my letter to the Danish
newspapers in the hope they will make Danish people realise how their
Government and Justice System is prejudiced towards helping and supporting
paedophiles rather than protecting the innocent lives of little children.
Had the police done their job properly and arrested and charged the
paedophile that assaulted Stephen's young daughter, and dealt with him by
means of a long custodial sentence, bearing in mind his history of previous
convictions, then Stephen would not be in the predicament he finds himself
in today.
I would also like to draw your attention to Question 8, on page 6 of my
letter, where I pointed out the inhumane treatment of Stephen following an
operation for the removal of two tumours. Surely everybody has a right to
receive proper medical treatment and entitled to a recovery period following
an operation of such seriousness.
I wonder if you could possibly assist, in my campaign to help my Brother in
his fight for fair justice, and help make the Danish Government aware of
world opinion regarding paedophilia in Denmark, where they even allow the
Danish Paedophile Association, with offices in Copenhagen, and an internet
web-site spreading this evil throughout the world. Indeed you could say
Copenhagen is now the "Paedophile Capital of the World".
