David Icke: I think one of the great revolutions that is going to take place on this planet in the next 5 to 10 years are the revolutions of realization. Not just among Christianity but many other religions too. They have been given parts of the story, because no one has all the answers, and no one has none of them, and Christianity has some of the answers, but by no means have they gotten anywhere near all of them.

If we put together our own truth, and we listen to all possibilities and all views and all information ... and then we take what we feel is right – "a bit of that" ... "don't take that"... "take that" ... "that feels right"... "that doesn't"... "I'll have that and won't have that". We build our truth, our unique truth, our unique vision of the world. What happens with the religions, and I think Christianity has played a major part in this over the centuries, it has imposed a rigid prism of thought on people in which you have to believe this set of beliefs or else and therefore anything outside of that is to be dismissed, to be condemned or to be ... to be run away from. I'll give you an example, you can only control the world ... a few can ... if they suppress knowledge and they hoard significant knowledge that people need to know and keep it from them.

Let's take Astrology. Astrology is something that Christianity and some other religions but, particularly Christianity and the Roman Church ex cathedra has condemned and condemned as the devil, playing with Satan's tools.

Now what is Astrology? Astrology is the understanding that as planets move around the sun ... they affect each others magnetic field in different ways ... when a planets magnetic field is affected it affects the people living in that magnetic field. Therefore: if you can look at it on a scientific level, rather that the one paragraph in a tabloid newspaper stuff, you can workout how people are affected at certain times.

Now, you look at the moon, the moon pulls the tides in and out. It is said by scientists that several times a day and even on the physical level most of the human body is water, so a moon that affects the tides is not going to affect the physical body which is mostly water ... well, that is ridiculous, of course it is. But this is why ... I've met Astrologers around the world who are on retainers from multinational corporations....

Jeff Rense: Almost all corporations have a resident or a consulting Astrologer.

David Icke: Yea, because they understand these vibrations, so they want to know from the Astrologer the best time in terms of the planets affects of the field, the magnetic field of the earth, therefore people, et cetera. To "launch this product" ... "to do this" ... "to take this company over" ... "to do this" ... "to that" ... "to do the other" ... They're on to them all the time, "should I invest this money now or is it a better time in a few days time?" So the ELITE who are hoarding this knowledge – know that the positions of the planets and the kind of energy the sun is emitting at different times has a fundamental effect on life on earth because it is affecting the magnetic field, therefore affecting human beings.

Jeff Rense: It's gone so far that many companies actually use astrological profiles in determining who will be hired in various positions. It's amazing.

David Icke: Absolutely. The other thing that I've established over the years is that these guys never have a summit or a meeting in a certain place at a certain time unless it is astrologically correct. They even look at the Astrology of potential presidents to insure that their astrological profile for the period in office is the kind of profile they want in relation to what they want that presidency to achieve. It is absolutely detail stuff. Now, going back to the point which is why I raised this; Christianity in its rigidness, (because there is lots of evidence I have great support for and great admiration for in many ways but in its rigidness) and in its imposition of all these rules and regulations ... using fear and guilt to manipulate people to believe, and be frightened not to believe. The scale of that is staggering. It has actually been used to get people to see a scientific fact that we need to look at: Astrology and the effect that this has on us ... to be dismissed as the devil ... to be dismissed as ridiculous ... and so what you got ... you got science ... what we call science ... dismissing Astrology as ridiculous and non-sense, and religion dismissing it as the devil, et cetera. Therefore, people dismiss, (for one or other reasons), things that we need to understand and they don't want us to understand. So religion has played a major part in suppressing peoples awareness and it's about time that people realize that and took the best things from these things and rejected the rest.
