Chemtrails over Nicosia, Cyprus
On Sunday, December 17 (2000) my neighbours and I witnessed what appeared
to be chemtrails being sprayed over Nicosia, the capital of the
Mediterranean island of Cyprus. The spraying began at around 11:00am and
continued for about two hours, after which time the sky, which was bright
blue in the morning, became hazy and overcast in the half of the sky that
had been most heavily sprayed. There was a strong scent of what seemed to
be pesticides in the air afterward, and my son and I both developed
headaches and shortness of breath later in the day.
The aircraft mainly
crisscrossed one side of the sky, leaving trails that gradually widened to
mingle with each other, rather than dispersing as jet trails usually
would. The trails made crisscross patterns and parallel lines. It was
alarming to see what was clearly chemtrail spraying over here on this
island, which I had thought was too small to be worth spraying (my
apologies to any Cypriot readers!) in the eyes of whoever is orchestrating
the spraying. One reason we live here and not in the US or Europe is to
escape such things as spraying and surveillance, things popularly
associated with the so-called New World Order, but sadly, Cyprus is
apparently no longer immune, with a micro-chipped ID card to be introduced
in the near future.
The episode on December 17 was the first time I have
been aware of chemtrail spraying over here and there was no reoccurrence
that I noticed until Sunday, the 7th of January. I missed the actual
spraying, being indoors, but at 1:00pm, looking outside, I saw that the
sky was marked by long lines all around the horizon of what seemed to be
slowly exanding chemtrails, and the day had become hazy. As for who might
be doing the spraying, there are two large British military bases in the
southern part of the island, and a not-very-secret American base in the
Turkish-occupied northern half of the island. I don't think the Cypriot
airforce is involved in this.
