Venomous Spiders Nest Near
Queen Lizard's Home

This very senario is mentioned in "The Biggest Secret"... chapter on mind control/ occult, a claim made by a Nazi (Dr. Josef Mengeles ??) that escaped to England through project paperclip who claimed that he had genetically engineered a species of spider. Is this a coincidance or what?

Mystery Spider Discovered At Windsor Castle
June 25, 2001 8:00 CDT

According to a recent report by The Guardian, there is an unknown species of spider on the loose in the bowels of Windsor Castle. These mysterious arachnids are said to be up to three inches long, venomous, with jaws strong enough to puncture human skin.

The spiders were first seen two weeks ago in an underground maintenance tunnel in Windsor Great Park, not far from the Queen Mother's weekend residence, Royal Lodge. An entomologist is now trying to identify them saying they could be either a new, underground-dwelling species or one previously thought extinct.

British Telecom engineers doing maintenance work at Windsor opened a manhole cover and found the rust-red and black spiders swarming all over the place.

"They're large and there are many of them," said a BT spokesman. "Our engineers were not attacked, but we have stopped work until we know exactly what they are."

Graham Smith, of the conservation organization, Project-Ark, has taken samples to study. He described the spiders as an "extremely exciting find".

"The species is certainly venomous, and the jaws are strong enough to penetrate the human skin. It will take a few days to work out how dangerous they are," said Mr. Smith. "There could be literally thousands and thousands of them. It would be no surprise if they are living underneath Windsor Castle itself."

Remotely operated cameras will be deployed in the tunnels around the castle to find out more. Samples of the spiders' webs are also being analyzed.

Residents of the park have been warned not to touch until more is known.

Spiders infest Windsor Castle

By The Sunday Times

London - Imagine that, while doing a spot of heavy duty home improvement, you lifted some floorboards and found a huddle of red and black spiders, four inches wide and armed with fangs that looked as though they could do serious damage.

Would you a) meet the spiders' gaze and refer to the incident as "an extremely exciting find," or b) say "Eek!," slam down the floorboards and rush off to find a large slipper.

The chances are that if you are male you would not be frightened, or at least not admit that you were. If, however, you are female, even if you are a scarily independent post-feminist who regards men as less than essential for all but one function, there is a reasonable chance that you would consider the disposal of chunky spiders as a male duty.

The reaction of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother was not recorded when a large cluster of the red and black species was found beneath Windsor Castle, a few yards from her weekend residence. But the engineers who discovered the spiders while repairing cables were unusually circumspect.

Possibly because they weren't wearing their slippers, they carefully lowered the manhole cover and called an entomologist, who got very excited and is now engrossed in trying to identify them.

"They are pretty hideous and extremely rare," says his colleague, John Gubba, the co-ordinator of the conservation group Project-ARC.

"We know they are a form of giant cave spider with fangs big enough to penetrate the skin. It's a mystery how they got there - maybe the Queen brought them back from a foreign trip. They will be mature by September but as we don't know what species they are, we don't how big they'll be. When they breed they will produce in excess of 500 at a time."

So could it be that Britain, home so far only to nice, safe spiders - as everyone who has taken their arachnophobia to a therapist has been told - is actually the habitat of poisonous spiders?

Venomous spiders nest near Queen's home

Windsor Castle may be surrounded by deadly spiders

Nests of rare venomous spiders have been found near Windsor Castle and could be living underneath the royal estate itself. A leading entomologist believes they may be a new species or a type of spider previously thought to have been extinct for thousands of years.

BT engineers uncovered the spiders last week when they were laying underground cables at Windsor Great Park in Berkshire.

The discovery of the rusty red and black spiders, with leg-spans of up to 9cm, is being described as "extremely exciting".

It would be no surprise if they are living underneath Windsor Castle itself

Graham Smith, Project-ARK
Graham Smith, a member of Project-ARK conservation team which aims to preserve endangered species, warned that the spiders could attack.

"The species is certainly venomous and the jaws are strong enough to penetrate the human skin."

There are about 50,000 species of spider worldwide, only some of which are known to be poisonous.

'Could be thousands'

Until this week none of these were thought to be found in the UK.

Experts cannot tell how long the spiders had been in the Royal Park as they live underground.

Mr Smith said: "There could be thousands and thousands of them.

"It would be no surprise if they are living underneath Windsor Castle itself."

The spiders could not be repelled by conventional means as attempts to fumigate the species would run the risk of spreading them further afield.

Work stopped

It may even be illegal if they are found to be an endangered species.

A BT spokesman said: "Our engineers were not attacked, but we have stopped work at the site until we know exactly what they are."

Entomologists are examining samples of the spiders in an attempt to identify them.

The team of experts from Project-ARK will spend the next few days studying the behaviour of the spiders using electronic cameras.

Royal webbing

A COLONY of poisonous spiders has been found living under Windsor Castle.

The Queen's mega-pile west of London is infested with an arachnophobe's nightmare, comprising thousands of venomous beasties, says thisisbrighton.co.uk website.

Entymologists - clever blokes who know these sorts of things - are rubbing the thighs of their jumbo-cords in glee as the prospect of unleashing a new species of arachnid or a strain unknown in Britain for thousands of years.

One such bright chap, 'world-renowned entymologist Graham Smith gushed: "The species is certainly venomous and the jaws are strong enough to penetrate human skin."

Scurrilous suggestions that the lethal parasites answer to the names of Edward, Charles, Philip, etc have been immediately refuted by, er, us.

Everyone knows spiders are predators, not parasites.

Thisisbrighton added: "The spiders have large fangs, hairy legs, an aggressive nature and a predominantly rusty red and black colouring.

Rules out Fergie, then.

"GOD SAVE THE QUEEN MUM'S BUM!"

From venemous spider bites, that is! Yes, a hitherto undiscovered giant spider species lives underneath Windsor Castle, and they're aggressive buggers! Windsor Castle is on red alert after a colony of "mystery spiders" was discovered living under the castle's grounds. World-renowned entomologist Graham Smith was called in after British Telecom engineers found swarms of the creatures on underground cables at Windsor Great Park, meters away from the Queen Mum's residence at Royal Lodge.

According to Mr. Smith, the spiders can attack and will not be repelled by conventional means--whatever that is supposed to mean--perhaps nuclear means are the Answer....He believes that the spiders, which have a leg-span of up to 9cm, may be a new species that must be preserved. Experiments are being done to determine exactly how poisonous the spiders are. They have large fangs, hairy legs, an aggressive nature (sounds like Madonna), and a predominantly rusty red and black coloring. The plan is to entice the creatures (how, or with what, isn't all that clear, yet) and capture them over several days. There could be thousands of them--fumigation isn't the Answer, because that would just drive the spiders out of hiding and spread them over a wider area. Now, the Queen's security guards have a new duty: To protect her Royal Bum from arachnid attack, no matter what costs!

Harlock - Column for 6/27

I Warned You!

Of what, you ask? SPIDERS. Just last week I warned you about the evils of spiders. And mere days after my warnings, two spider-related articles caught my eye.

The first story exposes an age-old, literally underground conspiracy in jolly old England. Large, poisonous spiders, not seen for thousands of years, are living close to, and quite possibly underneath, Windsor Castle. Windsor Castle has been a royal residence for over 900 years. So that's at least 900 years in which the spiders can have been controlling the British government. Coincidentally, the Normans invaded England 935 years ago.

Could these spiders have come with the Normans from France? I say yes. Which would mean that these spiders are a faction of the deadly spiders that have been controlling the governments of Europe for thousands of years! Why is no one searching for spiders under the government buildings in Berlin, Moscow, and Paris? Because the spiders don't want them to!

Unknown Species Of Large Poisonous Spiders Invade Windsor Castle:

"In the meantime, it is no good trying to fumigate the area. All that will do is force them out into a wider area. In any case they will probably be a protected species as long as they dont kill any of the Royals in the mean time." Mr Smith said: "It may take a couple of years to remove the spiders from the network of underground cables." To track down the spiders in the underground labyrinth of tunnels, the Project-ARK team will use sophisticated electronic mole cameras attached to Jack Russell Terriers, a device comparable to the endoscopes used on humans by so called arse-doctors. a lengthy process that may require strategic sites to be excavated depending on how far the spiders spread.

When the spiders are found they can then be enticed and captured, a lengthy process that may require strategic sites to be excavated depending on how far the spiders spread. "They like their meat, that's for sure", Mr. Smith said. "We can bait traps with raw dripping meat and they'll come running. You should see them eat!"

In mid-August, Richmond Coach Bob Foley, nine members of the Spiders women's basketball team and a host of the team's staff traveled overseas for a 10-day journey through England and France. We toured Windsor Castle, the home of the royal family, and went through some of the 300-plus rooms. Each space has its own personality. Royalty sure does live the great life.
