Here is a message sent to me. It is, via a third party, from a friend of Derek Gough, a man who has been researching the background to mutilated bodies found in Wales. I will try to give you more background to this story and his investigations when possible.

Derek was arrested on Tuesday for what I believe is a lesson to teach him not to stick his nose into things that do not concern him.

But knowing Derek as I do (which has been for the last 12 years) arresting him for something he has not done only makes him more determined to get the truth; I am not (involved in) his investigation because we were nearly killed in 1997 (because of his) investigations into mutilated human beings here in Wales.

We went to South Wales Police regarding the story he had and it was brushed aside by the Police Authority. His computer has been taken by the police for examination because they say it contains confidential information regarding certain people/police officers and others

This is not the first time he has been arrested by the police as he was arrested last year under the Prevention of Terrorism Act because he had been of military land looking at the human mutilation issue.

I have asked him to stop looking into things that don't concern him and his answer is that it concerns everyone what is going on and everyone should have the right to know. He does rattle a few cages and there is a price to pay for doing this.
