AL Gore's RISING SIGN IS LEO. The RISING SIGN determines his "ruling planet", the planet which, in addition to the SUN SIGN, represents HIM. As LEO is RISING, Gore's RULING PLANET is the SUN which is in ARIES. So he's part Lion, part Ram.
The RISING SIGN gives you your physical characteristics, your personal preferences for the places you like to go and the activities which interest you, as well as your responses to everything that happens to you.
For instance, a LEO RISING arrives with enthusiasm. They are suntanned, usually with a bushy mane of hair. They love parties, are big hearted, love their children. They are vain, all puff and bluster, loud and shiny.
As his is an ARIES sun, we look for the qualities of the RAM to co-exist with the LION demeanor. For instance, we might see the two horns of the recessed hairline with the peak in front like the horns of the mountain ram. William Holden, another Aries, had this. So does Kirk Douglas. HIS SUN and ruler is in the degree Researcher WEYMSS associated with COTTON, he's a plantation boy from way back. We may be looking at the second son of the Confederacy to get to office in this century, Carter, the peanut king, being the first. Bred into their genes is country boy relaxation, chitlins couth and cornbread charm.
But don't forget, Gore's Sun is not in Sweet Libra like Jimmy, 'I have sinned in my heart' Carter. It's in rootin' tootin' ARIES and it's his ruler so we will probably see some Fast Draw Mc Graw, pugnacious enjoyment of battle out of him if he wins.
Al Gore has had to keep his warrior's anger under a mask for 7 years. Now, it's GETBACK time and could be he shows his true colors.
For all you people who know a true ARIES close up, let's remind you, the ARIES SUN will exhibit vanity at every chance, "HONK his own horn", crave fame, reputation. Given a chance, he will not seek peace, he will make WAR. HE HATES peace. He hates abjecting himself and kneeling in humility. Not his stroke, so if we get Quick Draw in the White House and China repo's Taiwan, get ready for WWIII as AL's dying to be Commander in Chief, Churchill and Atilla the Hun rolled into one.
THE RULING Luminary, SUN, in Gore's chart creates a dynamic, big ego, me-first energy which means he is a self glorifier, wants to be a hero, will fecklessly rush into danger, be a soldier, spring into rash action at the least provocation. He is A MAN OF ACTION. Having AL at the HELM would be like having Kirk Douglas or William Holden in the White House. He's the kind of guy that loses his temper faster but with a red suitcase and a bomb at his fingertips, watch out for falling nuclear bombs, you people who live in big cities.
True, An ARIES seems to be a sweet guy as he has tremendous self love but the truth is, he's vulnerable to and even addicted to, having his ego stroked. SELF love is an issue. They love Flattery and can be provoked, which means those who understand him, 'play him like a harmonica.'
Aries is not a deep sign. The first time the Joint Chief of Staff says 'those Chinks are insulting you, Sir, you gotta blast 'em,' Al WILL.

THE main other planet his SUN is in relationship to ---is an opposition (war) to NEPTUNE in LIBRA, ruling the CHINESE. CHINA is LIBRA, all the textbooks say so. NEPTUNE opposes him. They are NEPTUNE, meaning elusive, secretive, hidden in some way. He goes to war with this elusive NEPTUNE in his lifetime. When aggravating factors get to ll cardinals, which is Oct/Nov 2003 he's on the war path.
The next planet that 'defines' him is VENUS. Who is VENUS to him? His super rich friends, his neighbors back home in the South, his siblings, his family. TAURUS in llth, LIBRA in 3rd/4th makes VENUS rule them. VENUS in TAURUS is the 'modifier' or adjective on top of Gore's sun. It's 45 degrees away and is in aspect. WHAT ASPECTS YOUR RULER shows your colors. His true colors are TAURUS, green, MONEY COLORED. GREEN PLANTATION LAWN colored with the little nigra boy lackey statue at the front door.
With SUN semisquare VENUS in TAURUS, he would just love to conquer Asia, run it to profit the USA and bring home lots of nice antique artworks and porcelains from this conquered third world nation that he can gift to his wealthy TAUREAN friends. Boy does he have a surprise in store.
ARIES has a short fuse. When they are not egomaniacs, they are angry people. They want to be at the head of the class, and are jealous of other males who surpass them. ANY failure can be deeply traumatic to this sign. And you can't ration with them, with words. The lion is not a verbal animal, nor is the RAM.
SENSE OF HUMOR is LEO rising's best weapon for survival but only if there's some GOOD LEO energy there. We can't find any. ARIES is humorless. He has three malefics rising in the first house in the sign of LEO. So he likes BLACK COMEDY, scarcasm but otherwise, humor-compromised.
If we look to see Gore's allegiances, we see that he is involved with THE other fourth house ruler, PLUTO. PLUTO in LEO is the EMPEROR OLIGARCH. Fourth house is FAMILY, (and his SUN is TRINE that PLUTO). So he's in harmony with them. The famous GORES, aristocrats of the South hang with the other cotton barons.
PLUTO in LEO symbolizes a conspicuously wealthy and kingly, oligarch lineage. PLUTO is conjunct SATURN, (CRUELTY.. Fidel has it)...showing a corporate sector of cold hearted gadzillionaires who'd all be keepin' slaves if the law allowed it. The vestigal Confederacy. PLUTO SATURN together is cruel and well organized, as Plut/Sat is square the nodes. They link in a team, shown by nodes' presence.
Gore is a man who has til now, existed in an assured luck pattern, having a complete FIRE trine built around his ruler. FIRE TRINES are very lucky. WHEN A PLANET gets to that area of FIRE, he should schedule the birth of major events. SEPT 2002 thru most of 2003 JUPITER IN LEO is such a period. He will be in hog heaven. Is that the fun part of his presidency, maybe?
But does he get there? The day of the election, URANUS opposes one of the fire legs, hitting the SATURN in it. Looks like he won't get lucky. There's no fire trine on election day to warm up his chimney. VENUS in SAG is near an intercepted JUPITER in SAGITTARIUS on election day. Can a lousy little VENUS get a guy elected? I don't know. Let's look at the other guy.
George Bush Jr. is another mucho bravado leo rising. HE has MERCURY RISING in LEO conjunct punchy PLUTO, great for being a scarcastic, nasty caustic Emperor type when you talk. It shows, too. If you turn off the sound when you watch him sneer and smirk, you can imagine what he's really saying and thinking from his lips. Yes, another generation of 'Watch my lips' Bushes is giving the real campaign speech when the clicker's on MUTE. His lips tell us "I have no interest in people, no compassion. My ruler SUN only links to LIBRA in the third house, i.e. polite white society and Bob Roberts University which bans interracial dating, -- my kinda people. (Didn't Tim Robbins do a film about such a candidate named Bob Roberts? )
SUN, his ruler, the TRUE HIM, is in secretive, woundable non-verbal, very emotional CANCER in the 12th house. The 12th is the house of secrets. The biggest things in his life (as sun is the biggest) ARE these secrets. AS THIS SUN Is square to Chiron, (asteroid with 51 yr circuit) and Moon and JUPITER in LIBRA, he is basically a hermit but linked with a triple powerful (3 planet ruler), unusual SECRET GROUP of people, and I mean linked, as 3rd house is in total communication.
This kingmaker group is LIBRAN, they control the Supreme Court, the Law, and have a CHIRON way to heal society, Chiron heals. THE ONE WORLD AFTER ALL NEW WORLD ORDER that has been germinating since 1984..Polite Big Brother, a Utopian society where one hand steers from the top.
GEORGE JR's ruler is square linked to them showing he has a wonderful time socializing with them as they give great parties. THE entire content of his life is joyful socializing that gets him out of the house occasionally with these well mannered, urbane swells and their secret groups. (JUP/MOON conj in LIBRA). Sun square that MOON AND JUPITER in the third house in LIBRA means he's in constant contact with them. I hardly think he's doing the talking as he's non-verbal, not an idea-full person. THEY are doing the talking. This is proved by a most unusual feature he has in his natal scope, 'the TRAPPED configuration.' All the planets are on one side of the nodes. Everything. He's powerless, and trapped by them. Nodes are in degrees of railway men, stock speculators, i.e. the 14 families of the USA, the oldest money. They define his peramaters and perimeters, which aren't wide.
Especially close to him is the MOON (always a primary woman figure) who works for him, as his secretary, or staff; She's one of them too. (DA-DA-DA-DA alien music comes up on track). And as MOON rules 12th house of secret societies, it's the SKULL AND BONES Society from YALE which runs the CIA, his Daddy's old affiliates and that woman is one of them, somehow, even though Women never joined this society. It's conjunct JUPITER, the ultimate luck planet. JUPITER is ruler of the 5th house ruling what he creates, his own children perhaps, who will also be presidents. As Jupiter is in LIBRA, Bush Jr creates more secret groups like the one he belongs to. He's a loyal, secret networker and creator of covens or links almost without knowing what he's doing. It's done at parties, where he's steered out in front, MERCURY IN party sign LEO with PLUTO at his elbow. Who is PLUTO? PLUTO rules the main part of the 4th house, so I'm saying it's his father.
DAD is the Venus and the PLUTO in Jr's chart as VENUS co-rules Dad's house--- the fourth, and VENUS is sextile Uranus and Moon/Jupiter, Dad's the real fulcrum of the New World Order Skull and Bones workers.
Mars ruling l0th house is MOM, a no power planet, semisquare SATURN in CANCER. I'm open to opinion here. Do you think Barbara is the VENUS in LEO? Party giving, big hearted, charming, partying? Sextile URANUS? She'd also be PLUTO in LEO conjunct MERCURY. I don't have her chart. Anyone got it?
If MARS ruling the 10th house is DAD, that makes DAD the MARS in the chart, in 'employee' sign VIRGO, semisquare SATURN/MIDHEAVEN? Nasty, harsh. Astrologers, cast these charts and study the question and look at Barb And G. Senior's chart and get back to us. Usually 4th is non authority planet, MOM, and l0th is AUTHORITY planet, Dad.
Junior could get elected. URANUS ruling govnm't people, gov't agencies is in skies now, STRONG by sign and trine his LIBRA planets, so he's like a giant secret sewing machine sewing up secret govm't agencies and finding the bureaucrats inside who are of 'like thought' as he. THE PARTY is part of his life forever with natal Uranus ruling 7th conjunct NODES, trine to the secret org is the part of the party where it links with THE AGENCY and its people.
He's dumb as a ditch carp but that's the type that could be a sharp pencil in the right hand, or the WRONG hands.
PROBLEM is, the part of him sticking out in public is just not that appealing. He's like an iceberg, all of it underground. There's no THERE, there. And anyone psychic can read his lips and see he's ICKY.
23 ARIES is his midheaven point, his FATHER/BOSS pint. His ADVISORS or counselors are ruled by MARS, and they're his bosses. He takes advice from DAD. Dad serves his candidacy. He takes advice from a lot of hirelings of the Hidden Ones. As MARS rules FATHER/ AUTHORITY house and is in EMPLOYEE-VIRGO, aspecting the MIDHEAVEN POINT from VIRGO 9 Virgo and 24 CARDINALS is the motor of this chart. What makes Sammy Run? DAD does.
With the transiting skies, looks like his party will nominate him, run him in NOV as URANUS is angular in his 7th, trine his LIBRA planets then. That's sadly, not as afar as I see him getting. SATURN on his ruler then, ...SATURN ruling THE JOB....well, he could get the job. Saturn will be 28 TAURUS semisquare his SUN 13 CANCER. A HEAVY JOB falls on this twerp.
But the good thing is, this guy won't go to war over Taiwan, as his group the CIA Rockebuddy lobby created the CHINESE, sold them the white house, the Panama Canal, and atomic secrets. This president will let China take Taiwan. If that's all you want? You can have it. What's Taiwan to us? You can have a chunk of the globe, too. The parts where they speak Chink. What would we want with them?
BOTH men have SATURN high in the chart by transit, a sign of 'taking control' and career highs. It's in their tenth house in both cases.
NEVER in the history of the world have we had two worse candidates. Who do we have to boff to get BILL CLINTON BACK?
