It was some five years ago that I first exposed an organisation in…And The Truth Shall Set You Free, called the Commission on Global Governance.
This is a collection of Illuminati place men and women who produce reports like Our Global Neighbourhood calling for a world government, world central bank, world army, and so on. The very Illuminati agenda that has been unfolding for centuries.
Now their latest report calling for An "Economic Security Council" to control global finance, among many other things, is to be presented to world leaders at a "Millennium Assembly" or Summit to be held in September. Its theme is "The United Nations of the 21st century". (See world government). The invitation to attend has come from the Illuminati-appointed Kofi Annan, the Secretary-general of the United Nations.
The action to stimulate a massive advance of the Illuminati agenda will begin with the start of the 55th session of the United Nations on September 5th, but before that a "Millennium Forum" has been arranged for May 22nd-26th. Here is the background in their own news-speak:

"We the Peoples…" Those are the first three words of the United Nations Charter. They signify that the United Nations, at its heart, reflects and represents the highest hopes and aspirations of the peoples of the world. The Millennium Forum will bring together civil society representatives from all over the world to consult about our future - the future of the peoples of the world - in relation to the great global challenges that must be confronted by the United Nations in the 21st Century.
Scheduled to be held from 22-26 May 2000 at the United Nations headquarters as part of the preparations for the Millennium Assembly at the UN in Fall 2000, the Millennium Forum will assemble the innovative ideas and proposals of non-governmental organizations and civil society from all levels, seeking to create not only a new vision for the future but also an organizational structure whereby the peoples of the world can participate effectively in global decision-making".
In other words, global centralisation of power. These events are extremely important to highlight and circulate because they represent the start of the final push to world government etc., and if they can create economic mayhem between now and then and cause a lot of trouble of many kinds, they will have a problem in need of a (global) solution. Their solution.
The following are the recommendations of the Commission on Global Governance to the United Nations and the "Forum" and I have also listed the members of this organisation to give you an idea of its true motivation. Below are also links to the report website and related UN websites where you can read about all this at length.
My comments are in brackets and capital letters:
RECOMMENDATIONS
Following its earlier recommendation to support the establishment of an Economic Security Council, the Commission urges that a fresh initiative be made to constitute stronger and more representative structures of global economic governance. (WORLD CENTRAL BANK).
In particular it urges, first, that an informal discussion - or a regular sequence of discussions - takes place between the G8 (including Russia) and a matching number of developing countries which are of economic and systemic importance. This meeting would cover much of the same ground as a G7 meeting but with wider participation and a particular emphasis on the merging of the Interim and Development Committees. The Commission anticipates that the meeting will lead to a unified body which can deliberate on international economic matters from the perspective of global economic security. (YES, WORLD CENTRAL BANK).
The Commission is concerned by the evidence of "aid fatigue", given the enormous and growing scale of poverty and the fact that large numbers of post-Communist and transitional economies have embarked upon far-reaching economic and institutional reforms designed to ensure that resources are well spent. It takes some encouragement, however, from the replenishment of IDA and the latest (post- Cologne) stage in extending relief against the official debt of low-income countries. It urges those developed countries which fall far below the UN target of 0.7% of GDP - the average was only 0.23% in 1998 - to make a fresh, and meaningful, commitment to substantial additional flows, recognising that the policy environment in many recipients has changed for the better, even while their poverty has grown. It suggests that a focused set of commitments built around public health - incorporating additional ODA flows, technology and private equity capital flows - would be one way to re-energise international aid.
(GET THE TAX PAYERS AROUND THE WORLD TO COUGH UP YET MORE MONEY WHICH CAN BE CHANNELLED OVERWHELMINGLY INTO PROJECTS DESIGNED TO IMPRISON THE PEOPLE OF THE THIRD WORLD, NOT TO SET THEM FREE.
IF THE IDEA IS REALLY TO HELP THOSE IN POVERTY, THEN WHY NO CALL FOR TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS TO GET THEIR BACKSIDES OFF THE FOOD GROWING LAND OF THESE COUNTRIES, TO STOP BRIBING THEIR PUPPET DICTATORS TO MAINTAIN THE STATUS QUO, AND THUS ALLOW EMPTY BELLIES TO BE FILLED BY FOOD GROWN ON LAND CURRENTLY GROWING CASH CROPS FOR THE WESTERN MARKET?
OH, THAT'S RIGHT, THE COMMISSION FOR GLOBAL GOVERNENCE IS A FRONT FOR THOSE WHO CONTROL THE TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS, SILLY ME. )
One of the objectives of the G8+ meeting could be to launch such a programme. The Commission also calls for more far-reaching, rapid execution of debt relief to HIPC countries, noting that its delivery lags far behind the generosity of the public pronouncements of creditor countries.
The 1997/98 financial crisis, which threatened to have major global ramifications, was contained, although there were severe adjustment costs in some Latin American and Asian countries. The Commission welcomes the detailed, co-operative, technical work being carried out involving the IMF (ILLUMINATI-FRONT) , the BIS (BANK OF INTERNATIONAL SETTLEMENTS, THE COVERT CO-ORDINATOR OF THE POLICY OF NATIONAL CENTRAL BANKS, ANOTHER MASSIVE ILLUMINATI OPERATION) and a miscellany of informal networks (ILLUMINATI WEB) to strengthen global financial governance and it also welcomes additional resources for the IMF to help it limit future "financial contagion". But it fears that the current improvised and largely informal arrangements for crisis management, without attention to the basic institutional architecture, leave too much to chance and to continued economic leadership from one country, the US. One of the main purposes of the G8+ meeting would be to review developments over the last two years in standard setting for financial institutions, emergency lending arrangements for governments affected by "contagion", and other responses to systemic instability. (SAY IT MAN, WORLD CENTRAL BANK)
The Commission recognises that much of the recent financial turbulence has stemmed from governments seeking to maintain pegged, or stable, exchange rates in the face of enormous, electronically mediated, short-term financial flows. (WORLD CENTRAL BANK-DICTATED EXCHANGE RATES, LEADING TO A SINGLE GLOBAL CURRENCY). The Commission does not think it possible, even if it were desirable, to stop or reverse the globalisation of financial markets (OF COURSE NOT, THAT'S WHAT YOU ARE HERE TO PROMOTE) but would like to see a detailed, technical study of the feasibility of the Tobin tax proposal to reduce the "churning" of foreign exchange markets. It believes there should be a pragmatic approach by international financial institutions to governments' attempts to minimise the disruption caused by short-term financial inflows and outflows, and supports efforts to achieve the stability of fixed rates on a regional basis (as with the EMU). (THANK-YOU. COMMON REGIONAL RATES AND CURRENCIES, LEADING TO A GLOBAL RATE AND GLOBAL CURRENCY. THE EMU IS EUROPEAN MONETARY UNION - THE EUROPEAN SINGLE CURRENCY, THE EURO).
The current review of the roles of the Interim and Development Committees and the overall reassessment of "institutional financial architecture" sought by several major countries should be conducted in the context of a comprehensive assessment of the IMF's (ILLUMINATI) mandate.
The Commission is concerned that the IMF has become excessively preoccupied with structural adjustment-type lending to developing countries - valuable though individual loans may be - at the expense of broader functions: surveillance of major economies with a view to monitoring and supporting policy co-ordination where policy "spillovers" are important; acting as a "lender of last resort" to help stem "contagion"; and overseeing international co-operative activities, financial regulation and supervision where these concern systemic risk. (GLOBALLY CENTRALISED FINANCIAL DICTATORSHIP)
The Commission welcomes the way in which the WTO has emerged over the last few years as a body whose dispute settlement procedures increasingly command respect and strengthen international law; it, however, requires a process of "review, repair and reform" of the already agreed arrangments as the basis of future progress. It regrets attempts by powerful trading nations to defy or disregard WTO judgements.
(OF COURSE IT DOES, THE WTO, THE WORLD TRADE ORGANISATION, IS A MAJOR NEW TOOL IN THE ILLUMINATI'S ARMOURY. IT IS THERE TO BLOCK, IN THE FACE OF HEAVY FINES AND SANCTIONS, ANY COUNTRY WHICH WISHES TO OPERATE OUTSIDE THE ILLUMINATI- RIGGED GLOBAL SYSTEM. ITS FIRST HEAD WAS PETER D. SUTHERLAND OF IRELAND, A MAJOR BILDERBERGER AND ILLUMINATI FROM MAN, NOW HEAD OF BRITISH PETROLEUM. HIS SUCCESSOR WAS THE SAME.)
The Commission would welcome a new round of multilateral negotiations to liberalise trade (STOP COUNTRIES CONTROLLING THEIR OWN ECONOMIES) and long-term investment flows - and remove discrimination - provided that priority is given to trade liberalisation (in those areas where barriers are still serious, such as agriculture, provided there is full and active participation by developing and transitional economies including countries such as China which are not currently members, and provided there is acknowledgement of a development dimension to the rules and disciplines themselves.
(NOTE, "SUCH AS AGRICULTURE" - IN OTHER WORDS DON'T LET THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES HAVE THE CHOICE TO STOP IMPORTATION OF FOOD FROM THE MAJOR ECONOMIC POWERS TO GIVE THEIR OWN FARMERS THE CHANCE TO PROSPER. ALLOW THIS IMPORTED FOOD DUMPING TO DESTROY THE NATION'S ABILITY TO FEED ITSELF FROM WITHIN ITS OWN BORDERS, SO IT CAN CONTINUE TO BE RAPED BY TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS WHILE ITS PEOPLE GO HUNGRY BECAUSE THEY CANNOT AFFORD THE PRICE OF THE IMPORTED FOOD WITHOUT THE JOBS OR ACCESS TO THE LAND THAT SUCH A POLICY DESTROYS.)
The Commission welcomes the progress in strengthening multilateral governance in the environmental field (GLOBAL LAW) , notably the agreement of the Kyoto Protocol on emission targets for greenhouse gases, and the agreement in principle to develop emission permit trading.
The instability experienced in the world economy over the last few years and the unbalanced nature of global growth reinforces the case for a mechanism or institution which can highlight systemic risks and potential crises in the way that specialist institutions and piecemeal initiatives cannot. The Commission remains convinced that the concept of an Economic Security Council - however it is designed or constructed - must be further pursued.
(ECONOMIC SECURITY COUNCIL = WORLD CENTRAL BANK CONTROL OF ALL FINANCE. THE PROBLEMS TO JUSTIFY ITS CREATION = PROBLEM-REACTION-SOLUTION.)
