The above phrase is actually the title of a new book distributed by Executive Intelligence Review. "Russia, Genocide and the New World Order" was written by Dr. Sergei Vlazyev, a former economics advisor to Boris Yeltsin up until 1993. 1993 was the year if you remember that certain factions in Russia opposed to the economic dismemberment of their country barricaded themselves in the Russian parliament building in protest. Boris Yeltsin responded by calling out the tanks and armored personnel carriers. As I recall Boris ordered the tanks to destroy the building and of course its inhabitants. The armored battalion performed this task with enthusiasm.

Dr. Vlazyev resigned in disgust after this incident.

Dr. Vlazyev's book is a real humdinger. What he enunciated in the book I pretty much already knew. I have a Russian friend who is a schoolteacher in this area now. She was able to get out of Russia back when it was still called the Soviet Union back in 1988. Since you're never supposed to ask a lady her age, I haven't. But I imagine that Irena is about 35 years old and I have to add what we call drop-dead good looking.

I get a bang out of calling her comrade Irena from the old cliché's of the Soviet Union and she always laughs when I do it. Irena made a trip back to Russia in December of 1998, the first time she had been back to Russia since 1988 when she immigrated to the U.S.S.A. (just kidding I meant to say USA). When she returned in January of 1999 I got a chance to talk to her about her trip.

Irena told me that she was able to spend 2 weeks in Leningrad with her aunt (now called St. Petersburg in honor of Peter the Great, and dishonor of Vladimir Lenin). Irena still calls it Leningrad because that is what it was known to her for 20 years. Then she took a train to Moscow to visit her mother for another 2 weeks.

Eagerly looking in to Irena's blue eyes, I asked, so what is it like over there now. "Well," she responded, "it has really turned to shit."

"How so?" I inquired.

She said 12 years ago when she left, everything was very orderly and neat. The houses and apartments were pleasing to look at. The streets were all neat and tidy. Now she says that Leningrad and Moscow look like disasters. Trash blowing all over the place, decaying neighborhoods, apartments in disrepair and so forth.

But she said the most shocking thing that got to her were the incredibly large numbers of homeless people on the streets and beggars. And even more shocking to her were the horrendous numbers of prostitutes walking the streets. Back in the Soviet Union days she told me that one never ever saw any homeless persons or prostitute street walkers. Ever! Prostitution is a capitalism disease. So I told her welcome to capitalism.

So my next question was what would you estimate the age of the streetwalkers to be. She said all ages. While riding the subways she had the opportunity to converse with some of them. They told her that prostitution seemed to be the last resort. She found college student prostitutes, housewives doing it on the side and Irena swears up and down that even high school and junior high school girls were doing it.

Even more appalling than young women having to sell themselves on the streets were the large numbers of homeless. Now keep in mind that Irena made this trip in December. Also during her stay in Leningrad the temperature fell to minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit. For those of you who don't know, Leningrad is on the 60th degree of north latitude. Which puts it at the same latitude as Fairbanks, Alaska. Moscow is on the 55th parallel of north latitude. What I'm trying to say is that it gets cold over there at those latitudes. Homeless people without adequate food, clothing and shelter just simply don't make it through the winters there.

Irena told me that the Russians in her opinion were one thousand times better off when Russia was the Soviet Union rather than the so called democracy they live in now.

Which brings me back to my original point, the book Dr. Vlazyev has written. Sergei Vlazyev says that an actual act of genocide has been perpetrated on the Russian population by the IMF (International Monetary Fund). In his book he states that as many as 5 million Russians have died in just the last 8 years since the day that Boris ordered the mechanized units to destroy the parliament building. Dr. Vlazyev says that during the summer months as many as 250,000 homeless Russians accumulate in Leningrad and Moscow seeking food and shelter. They find very little food and absolutely no shelter. Because there are no shelters. When the winter months are over, after having reached low temperatures sometimes of minus 40 degrees Fahrenheit, all of the homeless people have disappeared. In other words they are dead. Then a new cycle of homeless persons starts accumulating in the spring and summer months. Then another horrifically cold winter. and another cycle of genocide.

In reality 5 million Russian dead in 8 years puts this right up there with the Jewish Holocaust at the hands of the Nazi's. I am afraid that the brotherhood has again set the stage for something awful to happen. The incredible hyperinflation that was caused by the International Monetary Fund sanctions on the Russian people supposedly getting them geared up for the bullshit democracies of the European union have completely ravaged the economic savings and earnings of the middle class. The middle class still manages to stay alive by growing potatoes in their back yards and flower boxes. The lower classes had no alternative but to go to the streets and homelessness. The lower classes being subjected to the extreme cold conditions had no choice but to die.

I sometimes get precious metal newsletters, being interested in investing in gold bullion and other metals. A monthly letter that I get from Blanchard metals in New Orleans was received about 2 years ago. The newsletter stated that Boris Yeltsin now owned 20% of the worlds platinum. Platinum is higher in value than gold. As of this writing gold is going for $290.00 an ounce and platinum for $365.00 an ounce.

In case you were dozing off during my last paragraph. Let me state it again. Boris Yeltsin and his wife (the daughter of 33rd degree freemason Josef Stalin) in collusion with their daughter now own not 20 percent of Russia's platinum. But 20 percent of the worlds platinum.

So you see that the people of Russia have been raped not only from without by the brotherhood's International Monetary Fund but by traitors in high office's inside Russia. The result of all this treachery has been a destruction of the middle class of Russia. And a genocide perpetrated against the Russian people causing the deaths of 5 million Russians.

You add to this the insults thrown against the Russian people by the terror bombing of Serbia (their slavic brothers and sisters), by the combined air forces of the United Nations and you might say that the Russian people are not exactly happy campers. The United Nations air forces which should actually be called the United Nazi's completely obliterated a tiny country that was trying to protect its own national interests.

So now we begin to see a revival in the Russian federation of a new anger. An anger that just recently manifested itself in the obliteration of the city of Grazny in Chechna. Grazny was reduced to the level of rubble by the Russian military which itself has been decimated by the so called adherents of bullshit democracy. Rebels tried to steal the city of Grazny from Russia. But history records that Grazny has always been Russian and will forever remain Russian.

The new holocaust against the Russian people was perpetrated by the brotherhood lackeys operating out of the City of London (that David has so eloquently exposed) and their butt kissing toadies in Wall Street and Washington D.C.

So now we have to hold our breaths here in the west while new elections in Russia take place in the first week of March 2000. The Russian people now again hate the American people. Maybe more than ever! So the stage is now set for a new strongman, someone who will right the wrongs of the bullshit western democracies. Just like Adolph Hitler did in 1933.

And the American people are fast asleep like ostriches with their heads firmly planted in the sand. Watching their football games, basketball, rinky dink sitcoms, oprah winfrey and jerry springers. While hell is about to break loose.

Frankly I am one American who would like to apologize to the Russian people for the holocaust committed against them. Mainly because I have Russian friends and I know what wonderful people they are. But unfortunately I am only 1 person in a nation of 270 million sleepwalkers. My apology doesn't count for very much.
