Respondents report sighting 6 bright orange illuminations heading east
from
the west of the Rockbank - Melton - Deer Park area The illuminations
were
seen by 20-30 people for 20 minutes on the Western Hwy between Melton
and
Deer Park (Western outer suburbs of Melbourne).
The illuminations were at times in an "S" formation up to periods of
some 2
minutes before changing or moving off easterly. They all remained at
the
same height and size, in fact twice the size of the background stars.
Total
time seem 20 minutes.. Local weather fine clear sky. sighting times
9.15 -
9.45 PM some say at 9.30pm..
