L Ron Hubbard's 'Disappearance'
by Samwise

Scientology is a humanitarian philosophy, based on the code of a Scientologist written by L Ron Hubbard. It also practices a harmless process of self discovery called auditting. Many people devoted themselves to serving these humanitarian ends.

All of that was fine until around 1980 when Ron disappeared for some time. The person who usually guided the church in it's humanitarian goals was for the first time not to be found. A series of events followed this disappearance. All communications "from Ron" were from that time forward relayed via his guardians, Pat and Annie Broaker who were acting as exclusive lines to Ron. Later it was proclaimed that Ron died and turned all copyrights of the church over to his then assistant, David Miscavaige, who then declared as outcasts nearly all of the higher executives who were currently watching over the church to see that it adhered to it's humanitarian goals as is written in the Code of a Scientologist. New goals were established and secret Policies called Scientology Policy Directives were put into effect. The takeover included forcing Ron's wife to resign as head of a department called the Guardian Office, and making her one step short of an outcast herself. (There is evidence that he forced Mary Sue to sign away her copyright ownerships as well as claiming those claimed by the church.) The Religious Technology Center, David Miscavige's new controlling branch then claimed a sort of authority over the whole Church of Scientology by threatening to take away the right of it's members to practice their religion (to audit) unless they complied with the new policies of the RTC which had differant agendas than the origianal humanitarian goals of it's founder.

The copyrights were turned over by a "taped message from Ron" to the church, which many who know the founder believe to be a fraud, as it does not sound like him. (There is also a voice print comparison between this tape and Rons voice on the net, which you will find if you search Scientology, Veritas) Church policies as written by Ron have many lines which say that if it isn't in writing then don't buy that it came from Ron (since fraudulently pretending to be a spokesperson for the founder would be a covert means of swaying the church from it's humanitarian ends.).

It wasn't long after Ron's disappearance that a demand was made "by Ron" for $85 Million via the exclusive lines of his then assistants Pat and Annie Broeker. The church, feeling much indebted to Ron's research, according to the Zegal tapes and apparently Time Magizine, did raise the money. All of this was relayed on the via of Pat and Annie Broeker, whose credibility later comes into question.

In an unrelated incident, Mary Sue Hubbard, Rons wife was sentanced for searching through goverenment files (It is still a mystery as to what she was searching for. David Miscavige, Rons assistant, was covertly dealing with the IRS, and was in the process of establishing a deal with the IRS. It is public knowledge that he later did form a deal with that group, but the details of that deal are confidential to the public. The Scientology Church and L Ron Hubbard considered taxation to be an overt assault on humanity and used to suppress it. It was not long after Ron's mysterious death however that David Miscavige announced "THE WAR IS OVER", and it was disclosed that he had made a secret deal with the IRS. New policies were introduced into the church. Up until that time, only L Ron Hubbard wrote church policies. The church had a big "The War is Over" party.

Suppresion of free speech for which Scientology is infamous is in direct contradiction to the code of a Scientologist which says to stress freedom of speech and freedom of religion. The ill intent of those who operate the church The Religious Technology Center is hidden behind the humanitarianness of the real church and it's codes. Many church members are aware of this but will not speak because they are afraid of being denied the right to practice their religion by those who currently own the copyrights (Stole the copyrights). Church members are forced to keep a program called Net Nanny on their computer to filter out any investigative material(Investigation was part of Ron's policies,he had policies on how to investigate, which are great by the way, such as listing outpoints like "ommitted data" or "wrong sequence" etc.) as he knew that this was necessary for confronting the evil on this planet, which was the basic idea, as is written in the Aims of Scientology, which can be found on the net.

Another example of perverting Church doctrines is the idea that by defining words in a subject, you can make sense of any subject. This seems to be twisted by those in charge now, by using hard to define words to prevent investigation. The solution to this, for any investigator is to either ask a loyal Scientologist (who will gladly help) or buy an admin. Dictionary or technical dictionary.

David Miscavaige's court testimony in which he denies taking control of Scientology, explains how he did it, by establishing new regulatory commisions within the church, not allowed by the founders policy. It is these regulatory commisions which have siezed the church of Scientology and put the volunteers to work making money but abandoning their humanitarian goals, which use the church for ends which are in direct contradiction to the code of a Scientologist. The code of a Scientologist is on the internet.

Here is an exerpt from Something on the net called The Zegal tapes. Part II of this tape, we said we'd take a look at those key moments that brought the Broekers and Miscavige and, ultimately, the Religious Technology Center into complete control of the church. I think that what is observable is that the Broekers and Miscavige, starting perhaps as early as 1977, begin to systematically eliminate all of LRH's comm lines except their own. Gradually, every single person with whom Ron has a comm line, including his wife and children, must communicate via the Broekers. Finally, the Broekers are the only ones in direct communication with Ron. And that, of course, is the situation in which we find ourselves today.

Actually, Ron is dead today. The RTC (Religious Technology Center) owns all of the copyrights to Scientology, and claims the right by this ownership to bar any Scientologist from practicing his religion unless he complies with demands of the higher execs. In the church, attention has been shifted from a process of auditting(which uses a meter which can detect minor changes in the bodies resistance to uncover areas of distress such as from pain, unconsciousness, or even mind control or hypnosis. Auditting undoes mind control by using the meter to zoom in on the moment of the implant. But attention under the new tyrants has been shifted to a process which was originlly designed to be used on potential criminals on rare occasions called Sec Checking, using the meter as a lie detecctor. This humanitarian group, by being under the control of the RTC (Religious Technology Center) which is in alliance with the IRS is being used as a big thought control machine, and amazingly while it's basic polices remain very humanitarian in nature, which tends to attract those who are most interested in improving the planet and confronting evil.

Ron did intend to form a group which would confront evil. Also David Miscavige who later became the head of Scientology (indirectly) and still is today, was the notary of Ron's last will.

Here are some excerpts from a factnet post which is public domain, about the mysteries surrounding Rons death. If it starts sounding like jargon, skip it.

It is interesting to note that Miscavige and Starkey ADAMANTLY refuse to produce originals of the Hubbard will and copyright asset transfers, the very documents experts need to examine to prove that the signatures are not Hubbard's. You will also see the many mysterious circumstances surrounding the death of L Ron Hubbard in these statements.

In his declaration, Mr. Young testified that David Miscavige was in charge of the project to register certain of the claimed copyrights in 1983. When advised that many of the documents which Scientology wished to copyright were already in the public domain, David Miscavige allegedly responded that the copyright applications were to be filed and that Scientology would "fight that battle later." Furthermore, David Miscavige was the only mode of communication with LRH during the five years preceding LRH's death when LRH was in hiding, seclusion and a fugitive from justice. During this time, LRH signed many blank sheets of paper which the Scientology organization used for various purposes. David Miscavige notarized many of the assignments at issue herein. There is an issue of fact as to whether or not David Miscavige notarized those documents in the presence of L. Ron Hubbard, whether or not L. Ron Hubbard signed the assignments or merely blank pieces of papers, and whether David Miscavige otherwise performed his notary duties in accordance with law. Furthermore, after being crippled by a stroke, and whilst under the influence of the psychiatric and hallucinatory drug Vistiril(My note, Ron was very much opposed to psychiatric drugs and would have never let this happen), LRH purportedly changed his Will one day before death. David Miscavige's role in the alleged withdrawal of medical care from LRH, the changing of LRH's Will, his cremation within 24 hours of death and without autopsy, and the subsequent disappearance of certain witnesses such as Pat and Annie Broeker, is directly relevant to the issues presented by the pending summary judgment motion.

Furthermore, David Miscavige's role in negotiating seven-figure settlements with members of the Hubbard family after LRH's death, and arranging for those family members to subsequently assign their various rights to the documents at issue herein, is directly relevant to the issues presented by the pending summary judgment motion. Indeed, testimony has been filed in other litigation that shortly before LRH's(L Ron Hubbard) death, David Miscavige allegedly said words to the effect of "IRS indictments are about to come down. The only thing that will save us now is if the old man dies." (b) Norman F. Starkey: Norman Starkey's deposition is relevant for a number of reasons. First, he was the executor of the Hubbard estate which is alleged to have succeeded to Hubbard's claimed copyrights prior to their ultimate transfer to the Church of Spiritual Technology. Thus, he is expected to have relevant and admissible evidence in connection with that very relevant and disputed factual area. Second, various copyright registration certificates indicate that he was one of the people (along with David Miscavige, Mary Sue Hubbard and Patricia Brice), who were personally involved in various of the copyright registrations that are directly in issue in connection with the pending motion for summary judgment.

I could really go on and on, but for those of us who thought we had a chance at confronting the evil of this world, we are realizing that the big guys have some pretty heavy duty policies, and it's going to be a big battle. This is a simplified breakdown of events. More detailed outlines are all over the net. We need all of the help we can get. Ron's policy was to investigate, and I see some guys are doing an outstanding job of that. Thanks all.
