Another Look at Cabbala
By Ray Novo

Comment: As someone who has studied Babylonian Talmudism for probably more years than you are old, I have included the conclusion to my essay on the origins of pure occultism which you may find interesting, as it is vastly different to yours.

Concluding our brief study on the Talmud would be incomplete without mentioning the origins of pure occultism, which originated in and through Babylonian magic in the form of the "Gnosis", or more correctly, the heresy of Gnosticism. We will again quote from Elizabeth Dilling's book "The Plot against Christianity"; under the heading PRACTICAL CABBALA she writes, . . "Every Pagan trick of dethroning God and enthroning individual demon spirits is employed by the Cabbalists. The casting of lots, Necromancy, Exorcism . . . Bibliomancy, and the mysticism of numbers and letters were developed into complete systems. Hence the cabbalistic doctrine of the heavenly alphabet, whose signs are the constellation and the stars. Thus ASTROLOGY was legitimised and Bibliomancy found its justification in the assumption that secret Hebrew letters are not merely signs for things, but implements of divine power by which nature may be "subjugated" by man, so says the Jewish Encyclopedia.

But the bloody business of making circles to circumscribe the spirits, of gouging out cocks eyes, skinning lambs alive and throwing the blood around to weird incantations, to bring up the spectres of the departed, as expressly forbidden by Scripture, is hidden as an "esoteric" or secret lore entrusted to the secret Baal Shems, etc. HASSIDISM (also spelled Chassidism) specialises in Cabbala.

About half of all Jews were Cabbalists at the end of the nineteenth century we are told. Copied from hand to hand, Cabbalistic manuscripts nevertheless, eventually reached museums. One enlightening book on these manuscripts is by a Cambridge professor, E M Butler, "Ritual Magic" (Cambridge Univ. Press, 1949). The vast scholarship and documentation on this subject are presented in a light-hearted style, not unmixed with an awareness of the perils, the ghastly viciousness of the occult "arts" which translations of the museum manuscripts must convey to any sane reader. Christ refers to the world (red) power rising over the seventh and final world government as 'BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH' (Rev. 17). So reference is made to a branch of this demonic magic in the Butler book as belonging to a much earlier age: to the world of the Akkadian-Chaldean (Babylonian) inscriptions and of the Graeco- Egyptian papyri, animated by the belief that the gods could and would support the magician in his dealings with the demons if properly invoked; and that, by the use of certain mysterious and ineffable names as well as other spells, they could be forced to do even against their will. From the earliest times this extraordinary power was recognised as prone to abuse in the hands of "black" magicians, but the art itself was not only respectable, it was a high and holy one. Christianity of course altered all that by anathematising magic . . " (p209).

The skeleton letters of Jehovah: Y-H-W-E, called the Tetragrammaton, is The "ineffable (magic) word" in Talmudic Judaism, being used in weird combinations to evoke the demons. Its use is restricted to the inner circle of Rabbinical Potentates. Rabbi Joshua Trachtenberg, who is listed in Who's who in America and Who's who in American Jewry (1938-39), in his defensive yet lluminating book, "Jewish Magic and Superstition" (Behrmann's N.Y., 1939), writing of the age long reputation of Jews as practitioners of black magic and all demonistic rites states:

"The source indicates that Jews were at least acquainted with methods of inducing disease and death, of arousing and killing passion, of forcing people to do their bidding, of employing demons for divinatory and other purposes . . . We find accounts of the magicians power to project his soul (astral travel) to far distant places, there to perform an errand and then return to his comatose body" (p.13)

There is no kind of occultism which is not included beneath the white sepulchre of Pharisaic Talmudic Judaism and which does not appear in the Talmud and its Cabbala. ALWAYS, power is ascribed to spirits and MAN is the creator and chief engineer depending on his mumbo-jumbo "knowledge". Hence the word "GNOSIS", meaning higher knowledge, to which Jesus explicitly said to avoid.

DEMONOLOGY OF THE PHARISEES
All forms of demonology were adopted by the Pharisees and incorporated into the "Synagogue of Satan". Demons of the privy, of the night, of every phase of nature, were and are catered to by the tenets and customs of this sect. The Talmud book of Yadayim (hands) is on ritual hand washing, in connection with Pharisaic demonology. Despite God's specific commands, the Talmud is larded with occult works And practices: "There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire or that useth divination, or an observer of times (astrology) or an enchanter or a witch, or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a necromancer. For all that do these things ARE AN ABOMINTAION UNTO THE LORD: and because of these abominations the Lord thy God doth drive them out from before thee" (Deut. 18:10-12) - yet ALL of these things are permitted by Pharisee "Scripture". Note Sanh. 65a-b, Exhs. 70,71. Quoting this very same Scripture passage, the "sages" hold that calling Up demons to aid in sorcery is not idolatry, since demons are not thereby worshipped! The ancient practice of spirits speaking from the privates by soothsaying is dwelt upon, and this practice is attributed to, you guessed it; Jesus. ("He practiced enchantment by means of His membrum" . . Sanh. 105a-b, Exh. 108) Quoting, "Ye shall not use enchantment nor observe times" (another of Moses' admonitions in Lev.19: 26, which is cited), the "sages" declare: This refers to those who practice enchantment by means of weasels, birds and fish" - thus forbidding what no-one cares to do, so as to permit the very things they want to do! (Exh.74)

CHRIST AND CHRISTIANS
The ultimate in infamy in Talmudic Judaism is Christ and the target of All Talmudic hatred is not just "the people who are like an ass - slaves Who are considered the property of the master (race)", (Keth. 111a). The docile "asses" willing to be saddled and used, will be used as burden bearers for the masters. But of all the recalcitrant asses, the Christians are the most insanely hated and loathed because their doctrines are the exact reverse of every Talmudic doctrine. They rank not just as animals like the rest of non- Talmudic humanity, but as vermin to be eradicated. Language is exhausted to find foul and hated names for Christians. If any books in history could be described as hate literature, the Talmud, comprising all sixty-three putrid volumes, would most surely be it. (End)

CONCLUDING COMMENTS
The reason for concluding with the occult elements in these Talmudic extracts is to re-assure any sceptics out there who may doubt the very Real power that occultists in general, can in fact wield. Whether they be white magic (represented by the pentagram) or black magic practitioners, (the up side down pentagram - representing Satanism) their power is very real and aformidable.

Down through the centuries the Jews however, have always been recognised by the frequent use of their own unique distinguishing mark, that of the two interlaced triangles. However most Jews do not have the faintest idea of the true Cabbalistic meaning of this symbol and its widespread use amongst the higher initiates within all the Luciferian and other B'nai B'rith controlled Freemasonry sects.

This most powerful of emblems, the so called "Star of David" (the "double divinity" as mentioned previously in FC 1032) has been worn as an amulet over many centuries supposedly to protect against witchcraft, the evil eye and evil spirits (demons). This most potent of all symbols, is today worn as a charm by countless Judeo-Christians, who naively believe that it is a harmless token representing the chosen people of God, and hope, as a result, that it will bring a kind of blessing upon themselves. However the exact opposite is the case; this symbol especially, brings with it very real curses, leading to spiritual and moral degeneration and in some cases, physical sickness with continued use. Any of the aforementioned symbols when worn or displayed by high initiates or "the profane" alike, evoke the same powerful forces within the supernatural realm.
