The attached shows how a "store of value" has been irradicated over time. From gold and silver
to minted coins, to gold and silver certificates, to worthless pieces of paper for legal tender which
can be recalled and exchanged at any time for e-money. Only those in the system will be able to buy and sell and you cannot participate unless you supply pertinant
personal information to the banking system. In this way individual control is assured at minimal cost and a complete database secured.

Some countries have bar-coded notes which in the meantime allow them to follow the notes as they go in and out of individual accounts and automatic teller
machines allowing a trail to be followed
