Silencing those who speak the truth

Background

Eldon Warman, a patriotic Canadian who has been teaching his neighbours, friends, family and community about their rights and freedoms as Canadians for over 12 years, was unlawfully incarcerated and shackled with iron chains at Christmas. Mr. Warman, who is 59 years old, had just been released from the hospital after surgery and was unlawfully and violently arrested at his home 90 minutes after arriving from the hospital. The Calgary police did not identify themselves, did not have an arrest warrant and did not allow Mr. Warman any rights normally due to a Canadian citizen. This could have been you! Mr. Warman was told verbally that the reason he was being arrested was a charge of "diatribes against government." In order words, he was being detained for openly criticizing the government. This makes Eldon Warman a Canadian political prisoner.

Update

As of January 13th, Eldon Warman is still held in a Kamloops, B.C. jail cell without being provided a proper hearing under common-law, as is his right. Eldon was brought into a courtroom, still shackled in leg irons. This was done to him by a Canadian court that is treating him worse than a mass murderer. Eldon refused to acknowledge the jurisdiction of this Admiralty court over him. Eldon did not bow to the demand that he acknowledge the court and enter a plea. This would have meant he accepted the atrocious behaviour upon him as justified. As a result, Eldon was sent back to rot in his jail cell until he changed his mind. To date, nothing is happening. According to the latest report, a trial date has been set for Eldon in Revelstoke in British Columbia for January 19, 2000. Why Revelstoke? Because this town is in the Rocky Mountains, extremely treacherous to get to in the winter and very isolated. I can guarantee you that after reading the dramatic first hand account of Eldons court appearance, two things will become clear. One is that Revelstoke was purposely chosen to keep all of Eldons supporters away from the courtroom that day due to how difficult it is to travel there. And second, you will begin to get very upset that this sickening drama is taking place in a supposedly free, democratic country, considered by the U.N. to be the best country to live on earth.

I have spoken with Fred Kyburz who has been holding a vigil at Eldons home since Christmas, when Eldon was taken away into the night. Fred has confirmed what I expected. The police are now at a loss of what to do next. The Calgary police were used as pawns by someone or some group in the federal government who wanted to silence this truth-speaker. The police were visibly shaken when Fred and a few friends showed up at the police detachment to inquire as to Eldons well-being. As Fred stated it, the police officer he spoke with was so nervous that his hands were shaking. I am not making this comment to disparage anyone or to laugh at the police. This is only meant to illustrate that the police are as aware as you are that what they did was very wrong. However, they are pawns in this scenario. Will the politicians be blamed in the end, or will the police
be blamed for this fiasco? Of course, the police.

Folks, the agenda is real and it's being exposed very quickly with these kinds of behaviours. The happy, smiley face that the government tries to show the people is a mask that hides the fangs and darkness behind it. Eldon will force the government to make a choice. Either they allow Eldon to have his day in court under common-law or they allow him to become a martyr. That's why they're running scared right now. The media are picking this story up very quickly. In the current January 2000 issue of The Wealthy Boomer magazine, they are running a feature article on this movement. They have interviewed a number of people, including myself, about our views. This movement is going mainstream and is becoming unstoppable. However, we must continue to hold strong and to face the intimidation and bullying tactics with great inner strength. We must also learn to work together for a greater cause. This is something Canadians have not done in over 50 years, since World War II. We now need to take back our country and make it great again. It's time to tell the politicians to take their rightful place as servants of the public. There can be no anger or hatred here. If there is either of those, it will allow the government to win in the end.

I hope for a peaceful and honest discussion with government on this issue. The lies, the intimidation, the harassment, the bullying have got to stop. All governments in the 20th century have relied on violence to control their sheep (that's you and I.) Violence is not just physical. Violence can be sychological, financial or emotional. Canada does not need a violent government to control its people. We can stop this with knowledge, courage and love. If we don't, I fear for the future of our once great nation.

For all the hundreds of people who are wishing to help Eldon, he has requested that there be NO financial contributions taken for his 'legal' defense. Eldon is overwhelmed at the support he is receiving from thousands of concerned citizens across the country. However, the most important contribution you can make is to tell people about this atrocity. Forward these e-mail newsletters across the country. Get in touch with your MLA's and your MP's. Described below is what happened Tuesday night (January 4, 2000) and Wednesday morning in Revelstoke before and during Eldon Warman's court appearance This is a first hand account as described by Eldon's good friend and fellow patriot, Fred Kyburz. .

Seven people from Calgary who know Eldon agreed to come to Revelstoke and help to deliver the flyer I posted yesterday, to every (most every) household in Revelstoke. These people agreed because they know what the government is doing against the people and they are willing to help rectify this situation. I told them that we might encounter some resistance by the police; that we even might find ourselves behind bars. Undeterred, these good souls love freedom more than the fraudulent 'security' promised by government.

Around 8 PM we arrived in Revelstoke. Not wasting any time we divided the town into sections to be covered by groups of two. We decided not to deliver notification flyers after 10 PM. It was snowing lightly, adding to the approximately 18 inches of powder we had to step into where driveways were not cleared. With the exception of one fellow all of us fell a number of times on the very icy roads.

The group delivering to homes of the west side of Revelstoke were approached by the police after 15 or 20 minutes. The police officer claimed to have received a complaint from a resident that they rang the doorbell and distributed hate mail. Neither one of them rang a doorbell. The police fabricated the accusation. The officer asked for the fellow's I.D. Jerry gave him his driver's license. At that time a female officer approached them in another cruiser. The first officer then asked to let him see the flyer. Without hesitation, Jerry gave the officer a flyer which he, in turn, passed over to his fellow female officer for inspection.

Jerry was then invited to sit in the first officer's cruiser. At that time Jerry gave him another flyer and he proceeded to read it. The officer then pointed out that the "thug" of the "thug Harris" portion could be construed as slanderous and that Mr. Harris may want to sue him for defamation of character.

The female officer then approached the first officer's side (driver's side) and after some conversation between them, said that she will make sure that Mr. Harris will see the pamphlet. The two officers said that they will keep a pamphlet each. Jerry did not object to it. Why should he? Everyone should read these flyers about Eldons story, including the police and thug Harris. One of the officers remarked that they will take the flyer to have it checked out.

One of the officers mentioned to Jerry at one point that the RCMP have a fund to which each member contributes some money off each pay check. This fund is to be used to sue people that slander the RCMP. The officer made it clear that this was a possibility in this case. The female officer did not like the flyer and was ornery, although she never voiced her opinion to Jerry. Her tone of voice seemed to indicate this.

The first officer was polite throughout the interview and only mentioned that Mr. Harris could sue all those involved, including Jerry. He said it was OK to continue to deliver the flyers because it wasn't against the law. However, it was at his own risk because of the potential civil action.

At 10:05 Jerry and Scott (Jerry's partner), finished delivering for the night and were walking back to the car. The first police officer drove up to them and got out of his cruiser. He approached them and asked Scott for identification. Scott did not have any on him. The officer asked for Scott's last name, marked it on his note book and then asked if his first name was Scott. Scott confirmed. Then Scott asked the officer for his name which he readily provided, including his badge number.

The officer then said that he had the flyer checked out and it was OK for them to continue delivering the flyer. However, they did not like the portion at the end of the flyer, referring to last paragraph and pointing at "paid thugs".

He then said that he was going to push to have the fund used against us. The volume of his voice raised somewhat at this point although it was non threatening and only righteous indignation. He also said that Mr. Harris received a copy of the flyer and may initiate civil action against us. He then went on to tell them that he had heard of these types of situations before and that people like them get sucked in by other people to do their bidding and that it is them that usually receive the bad end of the deal. He said for them to "fill their boots" and deliver as many flyers as they wanted but warned them again about the civil repercussions.

He then hopped into his cruiser and drove off.

When we read this it becomes obvious that they try to scare us into abandoning the flyer delivery for fear of civil action against us. I was confronted with this scenario several times in the past. I was threatened by bankster Billy Stitt and by Customs Excise Union National President Mansel Legacy being sued. As a result I wrote the fifth Revenue Canada flyer. Check it out. I never heard afterwards from any one of them again. If thug Harris and the RCMP want to do what Revenue Canada did not dare to tackle I encourage them to try.

Anyway, we all assembled back in the motel and we discussed our further actions. None of us were intimidated in the least. We decided to get up early next morning (the morning of Eldon's court appearance) in order to get all flyers out before the court starts. We got up at five and we were ready for action at six. By 8:30 all flyers were delivered. Dave and myself went to the court house since we wanted to talk to Eldon before the hearing. But, many surprises were waiting for us.

The courtroom drama

Dave and myself were in the court house well before 9 AM. We asked the sheriff if we could talk to Eldon. He said that Eldon had not arrived yet. We left and we returned before 9:30. When we arrived in the courthouse parking lot we saw four police cars and four or five police officers. As we parked they took our license numbers. Some of them had a crooked grin on their faces. We got out of our cars and walked towards the court house entrance. One of the officers brought a camera to his eye and started taking our pictures. What impressed me was that none of us was intimidated in the least. I was proud of each one of us. A few of us had never experienced anything like this before in Canada against innocent, law-abiding citizens. We entered the court house and went straight to the sheriff's office. Dave asked again to see Eldon. We were told that Eldon had not arrived yet. Upon asking when he would arrive we were told that they did not know where he was and when he would arrive. I then asked the sheriff for his name. He told us that he would not give us his name but he gave us his badge number 136. I told him that it was his obligation to identify himself if asked to do so. He answered that he would ask his superior if he could give his name. He started to shake uncontrollably. Two officers entered the room (hardly big enough for two people). It seemed as if these two officers gave him some consolation. We then left the room. Dave was not quite happy that the sheriff withheld his name and that he refused us to see Eldon. I told Dave that it does not really matter as we are there to give them enough rope to hang themselves. We are there to gather evidence about their criminal activity and their own violations of the law. We have more than plenty already.

We went upstairs to the court room. The entire courthouse was swarming with uniformed RCMP and sheriffs, some with bulletproof vests and a few in plain clothes. In the court room they placed themselves strategically in every corner and at the entrance, seven of them, I believe, two sheriffs with bulletproof vests.

I looked at one police officer, a very tall fellow, at the railing. I kept looking at him. He saw it. He blushed, he looked away trying to escape my look not knowing where to look at. He was very uncomfortable.

After all the accused were dealt with Eldon was called. The sheriffs opened the door to the back room. After a considerable time, probably about two to three minutes, he was brought in, hindered by leg irons. He sat on the chair in the prisoners box. As his name was called he got up. I don't remember exactly what happened. It was terribly tense in the court room. The judge told Eldon that he was allowed to have a lawyer. Eldon countered that he did not need a lawyer. Eldon was asked how he wanted to plead. Eldon countered that he did not need to plead since he did not do anything wrong. The judge then said that he would enter a plea for Eldon. He entered a 'not guilty' plea. Eldon then asked the judge if this was a judicial or an administrative decision. The judge countered with a very positive voice: "This is a judicial decision." Eldon answered: "Thank you for acquitting me." The judge was baffled. It was silent for a long time in the court room. It was obvious that the judge was wondering what he had done wrong. Then he said something to the effect that he wanted to get this case over with as quickly as possible. He set the trial date for January 19, 2000. Then Eldon was led away again.

Folks, isn't it strange that it was not us who were intimidated but the police? Isn't it strange that it wasn't us who were shaking uncontrollably but the sheriff? Isn't it strange that it is not us who have to lie and deceive but the police and the people in the justice system? Isn't it strange that the police had to make up false charges in order to arrest Eldon? Eldon is a political prisoner. Eldon has done nothing wrong. Eldon was acting within the rules of the common law. The ones committing crimes are the judges, the lawyers, the police and thug Harris.

Folks, write letters to the MLAs in Alberta and BC. Write to the court in Revelstoke, the crown prosecutor in Vernon and the police in Calgary. If you have written already write them again and ask why they did not answer. Ask them why they are so desperate to shut Eldon up. Tell them that it is obvious that they are the criminals and not Eldon. Tell them that it will get very serious if they keep Eldon any longer incarcerated. Tell them that it is them who have committed crimes against Eldon and not the other way around. Tell them that it has become obvious once more why they have to get rid of the guns in private people's hands. Let them know that you have found out that the government and its institutions are the real criminals, intimidating and threatening the public habitually. Tell them that we will not any longer stay quiet. Tell them that we will make every effort to get justice done. If enough people take proper action Eldon will be out because he does not belong in jail as so many people do not belong in jail who suffer in there. Please take action before it is YOU who is incarcerated on false charges.
